A fantastic team of lovely carers who treat their clients and families with the utmost respect and provide the epitome of person centred care. I can wholeheartedly recommend this team and their managers .

The carers treat Mum so well that I think she regards them as daughters and I certainly regard the whole care team as friends. We all work together well which is so important as she has very little local family support. Distance is no barrier as I live 12,000 miles away, communication is seamless..

It is always easy to communicate with the manager and owner, both of whom try to meet any additional and/or changing requirements. It is obvious that the carers are well-trained in their caring role and that there is an overriding client-centred ethos. I have always felt comfortable when I have gone out, knowing that my husband is being well looked after.

The care pro will spend time getting to know my mother and to ask how she is doing. Again, this personal touch is valued by my mother and provides her family with the reassurance that she is well cared for by the Home Instead team.

The house is immaculate and so is my Dad! Just before they started to visit my Dad had a fall and sustained some cuts and bruises. They have carefully monitored his condition and have arranged for the district nurse to visit. I can highly recommend this friendly, hard working company to keep your loved ones safe and happy.
