My main responsibilities are financial administration for the business, clients and their families, and staff members. Being a key player within the office has enabled me to build strong working relationships with staff, clients and families.
I have recently joined the team at Home Instead Cheltenham as Care Manager. I am thoroughly enjoying the role and really enjoy being part of a great team who loves their jobs. In my spare time, I enjoy visiting family. I have two young children who keep me on my toes.

Hi, my name's Delia. I've been with Home Instead since August 2022. I have been in the care sector for over 6 years. I am the weekend on-call supervisor. I help assist over the weekend whilst the office is closed.

I’ve been part of the Home Instead Cheltenham & Cotswolds Client Services team since May 2022 and I’ve never looked back! You might have met me when you initially enquired about the services we offer.
I have been with Home Instead for two years. I started here as a Care Professional and have progressed within the company and now I am a Scheduler.
I started working in Home Care when I was 18 and am now on the recruitment side of the role. I interview and recruit new Care Professionals. I love working with and meeting new people, I use my caring nature to assure they are comfortable with the job and are enjoying it.
My role is to cover the recruitment process. I ensure that all of the people that we take on meet the same passion for high-quality care. I look after our candidates through their recruitment journey, as well as making sure all necessary checks are taken care of.
This is a company whose staff really do care on a personal level and who are client orientated, providing stimulative activities, conversation and going the extra mile to help client and family.
