Home Instead provide an excellent service for my Mum who has Alzheimer’s. It’s really taken the pressure off me and helped my Mum continue to live well in her own home.

The carers stick to set times each day and visits are a minimum of one hour which allows enough time for adequate care to be given – whether that’s helping with household chores, making a meal or administering medication. The staff don’t wear uniforms either!

Communication between the carers, the office and myself is excellent.
