As one of the owners of Home Instead Burnley, my primary focus will be to lead the team to provide quality, nurturing and empowering services which will enable people to live in their own homes for as long as they wish.

I lead the Recruitment for Home Instead Burnley and I'm passionate about bringing new Care Professionals into the business.

My role with Home Instead Burnley is to deliver all training modules to new and existing Care Professionals as well as supporting the Care Professionals out in the field with competencies and field support. I also provide support to the Care Manager.
