Home Instead Senior Care has, once again, been named as England’s top homecare provider.
The result comes from the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, LaingBuisson who, for the last year, have been producing quarterly league tables based on data from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The tables shows the percentage of inspected branches which are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards covering care, safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for service users.
The most recently revealed league table (taken from LaingBuisson’s July Care Compliance Monitor report) shows Home Instead to once again be in the lead position with a score of 97%.
Locally, Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington’s latest CQC inspection report is now available on the link to the left of this report. It confirms that not only are all standards being met, but that our clients rate the service highly and the care provided is personal and of the highest standard.
Karina Brown, Director of Home Instead Senior Care Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington said,
“We are delighted with this result which bears testament to the great work done by our dedicated and committed CAREGivers. It is also recognition that, at Home Instead, we are totally focused on providing top quality care for older people, care which is tailored to the needs of individuals and which allows them to remain in their own homes, leading an independent life.”
