Liz Brackley, owner of Home Instead - Brighton, Hove and Shoreham, took part in the South Coast Challenge on Saturday, walking 33.5 miles (55 kms) along the South Downs Way, in aid of Alzheimer's Society. She was accompanied by Ian Cottrell who runs Home Instead in Eastbourne, and his brother Steven as well as a Senior CareGiver from Eastbourne, Ben, who ran most of the way!.

"It was a beautiful walk, from one Home Instead office to another along the lovely South Downs - but very hot and hilly!  We were spurred on by knowing we had raised over £2500 for Alzheimers research from our generous sponsors", said Liz.  It took 12 hours to walk, finishing as dusk fell along Brighton seafront.
