Caroline and Patrick opened Home Instead Bexhill, Battle, St Leonards & Hastings in 2016 to make a real difference locally. With daughter Louise now involved, they run a family-led service focused on dignity, compassion and high standards of care every day.

Tyne manages Home Instead Bexhill, Battle, St Leonards & Hastings since 2022, bringing a strong care background. She oversees daily operations, holds a Level 3 qualification with Distinction, and continues her studies. Tyne builds trust and values family time.

Louise began in domiciliary care in 2020 as a Care Professional. She now splits her time between hands-on care and her role as Office Administrator, giving her both frontline and admin insight. Outside work, she’s a qualified fitness instructor teaching Tomboogie.

Louise joined the family business at 18, starting as a Care Professional before becoming the Scheduler coordinating care visits. She is completing her undergraduate degree and learning to drive, demonstrating her dedication to personal and professional growth.
