Westbury - A wonderful social butterfly requires support. 91 years and still entertaining poetry groups! This fantastic, spirited Senior is now limited to her home and is need of Care and support to keep her active lifestyle.

Wylye - A gentle and compassionate man in need of personal care and companionship. Loves music and local history.

There is an urgent need to support Seniors in our community to live independent and productive lives. Our objective is to engage older people in activities of interest, to attend to their physical and emotional needs and to prevent loneliness and isolation that so often accompanies ageing.

We currently have vacancies in Trowbridge, Westbury and Wylye to support people who are struggling to cope on their own. These are individuals that are experiencing the limitations of ageing, feeling isolated, or are living with the early stages of Dementia. We help them participate in stimulating activities, taking them out for the day as well as with normal daily household tasks. Your early intervention means that our Elders can live fulfilling lives in their own homes and communities.

What you need : Empathy, good listening skills, and a willingness to make a difference to someone's life. The rest you need to know will be taught through our innovative training.
