Join us, together with The Thursday Club Nantwich for our Time for a cuppa fundraiser, all to raise funds for Dementia UK Home – Dementia UK who help people living with Dementia and their families to get the support they need and deserve.

Time: 10.30an – 12.30pm

Venue: St Mary’s Parish Hall Nantwich.
