It’s PEAQ Week at Home Instead! ☕🍪

This week, we’re putting the kettle on and making time to listen, as we welcome our selected Care Professionals into the office for PEAQ Week!

All Care Professionals who have been selected to take part in the PEAQ survey have been invited to pop into the office, enjoy a cuppa and a biscuit, and most importantly, share their thoughts, experiences and feedback with us.

We know how important our Care Professionals are to the work we do every day, and we want to make sure their voices are heard. PEAQ gives us a valuable opportunity to understand what’s working well, where we can improve, and how we can continue to make Home Instead an even better place to work.

Whether it’s sharing something positive, suggesting an improvement, or simply letting us know how things are going, every piece of feedback matters. We want everyone who takes part to feel comfortable, welcomed and confident that their opinions are valued.

Of course, no visit to the office would be complete without a little hospitality! There’ll be plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and friendly faces to make everyone feel at home. 😊
