Could you CARE to make a difference?

Community CAREGiver

Cowes, Isle of Wight Part-time 9.50 - 10.50 per hour Closing date: 01/12/2020

If you are looking for rewarding part time work, Home Instead may be just what you are looking for.

We are a values-led company whose mission is to change the face of ageing & become the employer of choice in our sector.

We are looking for CAREGivers who enjoy mornings and are available from:

8 am to support our clients needs to start a new day and / or

4 pm to support our clients with tea / supper and "tuck in's"

Being a CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care on the Island, means that every day is different. The Care Manager, whole office team and CAREGivers are personally, very passionate about each of our clients so we make them all feel special and promote companionship led care at all our care visits.

We are seeking caring and compassionate CAREGivers to join our team here on the Island, who can support our clients in many ways. Maybe an 8 am start would be a little like this:  Greet your client with a smile and a fresh cup of tea to start their day. A visit to the bathroom varies but may only involve helping to dry them and support to get dressed or helping to wash their hair. Shake out that heavy duvet and arrange the pillows with a tidy bed. Now its time to offer options for breakfast and do any chores that are required. Having a chat and and making them smile along the way.  We are a companionship led provider, we are looking for CAREGivers who can think outside the box, create meaningful interactions and promote an enjoyable life.

Do you have a Caring nature and want to make a difference each day?  No experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support. You must live locally and be able to travel to a client’s home. Whether you have a young family, retired or looking for a second income we would love to hear from you.
