Key to Care Drop-in Sessions

Our Key to Care Drop-in sessions offer free one-on-one support and information for those living with dementia, worried about their memory or for carers supporting someone with dementia. If you have any questions, please come along to any of our sessions detailed below, you do not need to be patients of the surgery.

Framfield House Medical Centre 

Where: Ipswich Road, Woodbridge IP12 4FD

When: The first Tuesday of every month between 10 am and 12 pm

Grove Medical Centre

Where: Grove Road, Felixstowe IP11 9GA

When: The Second Wednesday of every month between 10 am and 12 pm

Two Rivers Medical Centre

Where:  30 Woodbridge Road East, Ipswich IP4 5PB

When: The Third Wednesday of every month between 10 am and 12 pm
