The recruitment process is straightforward and thorough. With no need for previous qualifications except a caring heart, your first conversation with Lewis will set the tone for a person-centred experience. Our award-winning training equips you with the confidence and skills to provide a variety of supports—from dementia care, meal preparation to companionship. And yes, we compensate our Care Professionals well, with an hourly rate of £13.20 and £14.30 (*as of May 2024), doubling on bank holidays.
