What’s On Where in Epping Forest? Our Networking Newsletter 2025

At Home Instead Epping Forest, we’re delighted to share our Networking Newsletter Spring 2025 – a vibrant, helpful guide offering activities, groups, and community events across Epping Forest for older adults and their families.
We know how important it is to stay active, connected, and involved. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, enjoy gentle exercise, or explore dementia-friendly support, this guide is packed with options to suit all interests and needs.
Why Check Out the Networking Newsletter?
Staying social can sometimes feel challenging, especially if mobility, health conditions, or confidence are holding you back. That’s why our networking guide is here to make it easier to find welcoming, enjoyable activities near you.
Whether it’s a singing group in Theydon Bois, a community lunch in Upshire, or a gentle yoga class in Epping, there’s something for everyone. All of the events listed are local, accessible, and designed to help our clients and the wider community lead fuller, more connected lives.
