Silver Award - Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

We proudly received the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver award at The Black Watch Castle and Museum in Perth on 22nd June! It was an honour to be recognized for our exceptional support to the Armed Forces community.

Thank you, Highland RFCA, for hosting the event. We celebrated with fellow employers, military representatives, and skilled cadets. Major General Bill Wright presented the award, highlighting the crucial role employers play in supporting our Armed Forces. We’re grateful for this recognition and committed to advocating for the Defence family. #SilverERS23
