Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley were delighted to attend Runshaw College and support their 2016 ‘Your Future’ Careers Fair in conjunction with over sixty other local employers and charities, who were invited to what was a most rewarding time for everyone.

Gail Godson Director said ‘Local careers events are so important for young students in our community, helping them re-align their future work place options and aspirations, as they progress along their challenging educational pathway.

Gail goes on to say ‘Hayley Topselvi - Young Chamber Co-ordinator, at The North West Chamber of Commerce came to meet us and asked would we like to get involved, clearly Hayley thought this was an idea option for Home Instead as a successful local business who like to give up time and invest in the future of communities in and around West Lancashire & Chorley.

Jessica Pearce our recruitment and retention co-ordinator kindly went along to Runshaw College and met so many enthusiastic and seriously engaged students, who were eager to understand how Outstanding social care works in their local community, what skills are needed and taught and learn about the apprenticeships and other career opportunities that Home Instead support.
