Our ever-popular WOW (What’s On Where) Guide for older adults in Calderdale has been updated for Spring & Summer 2024 and is now available in both printed form and PDF. This new guide includes over 180 listings including social groups, exercise classes, hobby & special interest groups and support groups for older people in Halifax, Brighouse, Hebden Bridge, Todmorden and Sowerby Bridge.

Printed copies will soon be available in all Calderdale’s libraries, the Discover Halifax Centre and Age UK shop – both in the Woolshops, Age Concern Todmorden and from our office in Elland. If you would like a guide posting out, please send an A5 or A4 size stamped addressed envelope to Home Instead, 14-16 Southgate, Elland HX5 0BW.
