Meet the team

I am responsible for the overall management of our business providing leadership and direction. I also support our team with the various events that we hold in the community.
Steve Willoughby
Managing Director
I joined my husband in the business in December 2013. I took on the role of the Registered Manager and in my first two years achieved my level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. It was a complete career change, but I haven’t looked back.
Claire Willoughby
Director
I am responsible for the day to day running of our Client Services team. We ensure that our clients are kept safe in their own homes and that their beliefs and wishes are listened too.
Kim Evans
Registered Care Manager
I am responsible for the wellbeing of our Care Professionals, including conducting supervisions and support visits. I also have various general administration tasks including payroll and assisting with client invoicing and recruitment.
Laura Wickham
Head of Care Professional Experience
I am responsible for all training provided by our company. I also undertake the first supervisions of our new Care Professional’s and ensure that their journey with us is smooth and supportive, guiding them through the Care certificate. I also keep our training programme.
Gill Wilder
Training & Development Supervisor
I recruit and source top Care Professionals to join our team in delivering exceptional care. I also manage marketing, advertising, and social media, ensuring our community stays engaged with office events and updates while promoting our mission and growth.
Lucy Howett
Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator
I am responsible for coordinating new clients and new Care Professional schedules. Within my role I am also responsible for Care Professional’s holidays and their availability. Ultimately ensuring that all clients and Care Professionals are happy.
Rebecca Coffill
Lead Care Coordinator
I am responsible for the schedules and rotas of our Care Pros. I work closely with the client services team to get new clients and services up and running as smoothly as possible, with coordinating introductions and communication between Care Pros, clients and families.
Sian Bridges
Scheduler
My main responsibility is to have regular meetings with our clients and family members to review their service and update their Care Plans. This ensures they continue to experience person centred care with their changing needs from our wonderful Care Professionals.

Client Services & Quality Assurance Supervisor
I have worked within the care industry for nearly 20 years and joined Home Instead in October 2024 as Weekend Care Coordinator. I’m passionate about providing the best standard of care and support to our clients and Care Professionals.

I would like to thank you and your team for going above and beyond for them both over the past 5 years. All your care professionals provided excellent care and support to Mr & Mrs T from shopping to cleaning the house and providing 2 meals a day. They helped in their desire to stay in their own home for as long as possible. Without your personal support and dedication they would have needed to go into a care home well before now.
