When you are searching for a care provider to support you or a friend or family member you really want to know that you are employing people you can trust. There is such a lot of bad press about the care sector and even my own personal family experiences of care services have been very poor. Stories about caregivers leaving food out of reach of people or making people sit behind closed curtains in the afternoon because no-one will visit them in the evening breaks my heart. These stories are appalling and could not be further from the Home Instead vision nor my personal vision of how care should be delivered.
At Home Instead Senior Care we provide a caring and compassionate service tailored to the needs of each individual. It may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, post-discharge care, personal care, medication reminders, shopping and errands or more specialist care such as support for clients with dementia.
