Alison and Nick Yeatman have been running our Home Instead Bath & West Wiltshire office for over 11 years, with a dedicated team of professionals from across the area helping to provide a range of home care services supporting our clients in the local community.

Meet the team

  • I am proud to say I am joint owner with my husband Nick, of Home Instead Bath & West Wiltshire office since November 2011.
    Following a personal experience ensuring the wishes of my own Dad were met to remain in his own home in his later years.

  • I have been joint owner with Alison since opening Home Instead Bath & West Wiltshire in 2011.
    I work as our Finance Director and have always been responsible for ensuring new systems have been implied over the years to help the business run more efficiently as it’s grown.

  • I started my journey in Home Care in 2003 and have worked in many areas of Home Care before joining Home Instead and becoming the registered manager in 2022.

  • Hi, my name is Lisa. I started working in the care industry in 1990. I joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2016 progressing to my current role of Field Care Supervisor in 2020. I support both clients and Care Professionals and enjoy covering visits to clients also.

    I am one of the Field Care Supervisors looking after the clients and Care Professionals.
    I have worked in the care sector since 2001 and joined Home Instead as the Scheduler in 2020 at the start of the pandemic.

  • Hello I’m Heather, I started my career in general nursing and midwifery in 1983, initially in South Africa before moving to the UK. I joined Home Instead in 2014 initially as a Care Professional, before moving into the office supporting with existing clients and onboarding

  • Hi, my name is Jade, I have worked in the Care Industry since 2014. I joined Home Instead in January 2024 as Scheduler. I spend most of my time in the office, but I love getting out in the community, meeting and looking after our clients.

  • Hi, my name is Maria, After my daughters grew up, I wanted to focus on myself and career. I started working in a charity shop in 2013 and worked my way up to manager role for 9 years, meeting every kind of person in this job which I thoroughly enjoyed.

  • I’m Maria, I joined Home Instead in 2012 as a Care Professional and was delighted to take an opportunity to move into an office role supporting the office team and our Care Professionals. I carry out a variety of admin duties including GDPR, Capacity Tracker and newsletter.
