In 2021 Home Instead were named the No. 1 UK franchise company for the third time in the Elite Franchise Top 100. This list recognises the franchise sector’s brightest businesses and ranks them based on the quality of support for franchisees, financial performance, the scale of the business and the contribution made to local communities. We are proud to have been awarded the No. 1 position for the work we do, not only for our clients but for our franchise offices across the UK.

Home Instead tops the Home Care Awards 2021

In 2021 we won an award for the ‘best home care group or franchise’ at the Home Care Awards. This yearly event celebrates companies that provide exemplary home care and praises innovative approaches to providing care to those who need it. We are delighted that our relationship led, person centred approach was recognised by the Home Care Awards, gaining us the top spot in this category.

Homecare most recommended

Home Instead has been named as the most recommended home care company by homecare.co.uk, with 43 of our offices appearing on the top 20 regional lists. Home Instead UK as a whole has also been listed on the website’s top 20 large and mid-sized home care groups for a fourth consecutive year, out of 678 home care groups in the UK. These awards are based on reviews that home care companies receive from clients and their loved ones and we are delighted that the hard work across the Home Instead family has been recognised.

34 of our offices have been recognised as “5 star employers” in 2021 by Workbuzz, an independent employee engagement expert. All employees at Home Instead were invited to take part, and these results reflect the top quality training opportunities and supportive leadership that are present in our offices.
