The Senior Client Services Manager (role potentially to develop to Deputy Care Manager) will report directly to the Registered Manager, the role will require you to ensure the best possible care is provided to the clients of Home Instead Senior Care Bromley, Chislehurst & Orpington and to ensure the policies and procedures are adhered to.
You will need to demonstrate excellent man management skills with a strong home care background. As our Senior Client Services Manager (role potentially to develop to Deputy Care Manager), you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.
You must come from a Home Care background and will use your previous experience to encourage and motivate our wonderful team of Junior Client Service Managers and Care Professionals to deliver the best possible care to our clients and to continue to develop their knowledge and skills throughout their employment and continue to be engaged in their roles.
