The Role

Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham are seeking an experienced carer and administrator as a Weekend Field Supervisor to support clients and carers in the community and office. The role will be based from home, the office and ‘in the field’. Condensed full time hours

Weekend Field Care Supervisor – The role

  • Core hours will be over the weekend.
  • Available to answer the on-call phone, address any alerts and provide support visits;

7am-9pm on Saturday and Sunday,

4pm-9pm Friday evening

7am-10am Monday morning

  • Office based handover meeting on Monday and Friday
  • Introduce and brief new Care Professionals on visits.
  • Cover care visits.
  • Audit client visit notes, monitor care plans and carer feedback.
  • Act as a core part of the central support system.

Pay rate of £15/ hour

Qualifications

  • Experience in care provision to the highest standard
  • Office administration skills
  • Computer literate
  • Full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance
  • Live in and be familiar with the Brighton area
  • The Right to Work in UK
  • Clear security checks
