Our Care Professionals are the backbone of our business. Their skills, expertise and experiences improve the lives of our ageing population every day. This is a small shift on the surface, changing a few letters here and there, but it reflects a much deeper goal of highlighting the true professional nature of care work. Caregiving is a noble profession and there are few careers that provide such deep human connection and positive impact to lives.
Care Professionals are crucial to ensure ageing adults maintain their quality of life by providing high quality and custom care. We will be introducing a National Care Pro Council later in 2022, so that all Care Professional’s views and opinions can be heard, informing our strategic planning and benefiting the entire workforce as we look to expand the world’s capacity to care.
