Skills for Care works with employers and the Government to ensure that our sector has the right people, skills and support required to deliver the highest quality care.
Having people with the right attitude and mindset is so important, as is ensuring that they have the right skills to deliver the highest quality care which is why we place such importance on training.
We are very proud to help champion social care and the amazing people who support those who draw on care.
During the month our offices will be applauding their teams who do so much to support so many people on a daily basis.
Our mission, to expand the world’s capacity to care, is only achievable thanks to our dedicated Care Professionals and franchise teams across the country and, let’s not forget our National Office team who support them.
