Our dedicated on-call team are here for our clients and their families 24 hours a day, giving you peace of mind that there is always somewhere there to turn to. In case of an emergency, our team will be there to alert emergency services, respond to life-line alarms, schedule additional calls, and will always stay with our clients when waiting for family or an ambulance, as we will never need them alone when in need. Even in non-emergency circumstances, we can add in additional last-minute calls, for times when appointments crop up, or a holiday prevents you from being able to visit. Whatever it may be, we will always do our best to help.

Did you know? Other care providers aren’t allowed to care for your pets while on care calls. Well, not us! Our Care Professionals are trained to care for you and your pets. They can help with washing and walking the dogs, changing litter trays, feeding the budgie, and anything in between!
Due to company policies and shorter call times, other care providers will not offer home-cooked meals. As our calls are always a minimum of 1 hour, for us this is never a problem. We know that for many, nothing beats a good home-cooked meal, and sometimes people aren’t a fan of microwave meals. This is why our Care Professionals are always encouraged to cook fresh, balanced and nutritious meals for their clients when they request them. Some of our Care Professionals used to be chefs, so you are in for a treat!

All of our Care Professionals have their own cars, fully insured to be able to take their clients out and about wherever they wish. A drive down to Aberavon Beach? Down to Mumbles for ice cream? Or why not come along to one of our free community groups? Whatever it is our clients want to do, we can make it happen.

If, in the unfortunate circumstance that you or your loved one is due for a hospital trip, we are always happy to help! We can drop off fresh clothes, buy food and supplies, prepare your home for your return, or just stay with you and provide company. We can also drive you to follow-up appointments, and stay with you while you wait. Last-minute calls can also be scheduled should you require an emergency appointment. Once out of hospital, we do also have respite services, to help you re-adjust to living in your own home safely.
