We are thrilled to share the success of our very first Key to Care event, focusing on the crucial topic of Dementia.
It was a morning filled with insightful discussions, increased awareness, and valuable information on the support systems in place. Our Care Manager presented an excellent workshop that was incredibly informative with lots of useful tips for supporting loved ones with Dementia.
The highlight of the event was the presence of the wonderful Andrea from the Dementia and Delirium Team, who shared her expertise on the services provided within the hospital and answered questions from our attendees.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated Dementia and Delirium Nurses for their continued support. Their commitment to improving care and raising awareness is truly commendable, and we are grateful for their invaluable contribution.
