One Hour Minimum Visits

Care should never be rushed, so we’ve found the best minimum client visit time to be one hour. This help our Care Professionals focus on the overall health and wellbeing of every client.

Long Service Recognition

We wouldn’t be industry leaders without the people who’ve helped us get here. So we’re passionate about recognising and rewarding employees for the time they’ve been with us.

Client Matching

We’re all about building lasting relationships. So we match Care Professionals and clients based on their personalities and interests, helping them find an instant rapport with clients they’re caring for.

Industry Leading Training

Every Care Professional receives a breadth of professional knowledge and practical skills to help them keep their clients safe, well, and happy at home.

Employee Assistance Program

Our staff’s health and wellbeing is just as important as our clients’. That’s why we offer an Employee Assistance Programme to support people through work-related or personal problems that impact their physical or mental health.

About our Chester team

At Home Instead Chester we have a vastly experienced and professional team, dedicated to delivering outstanding quality care to our clients.

As the first Home Instead office in the UK (established in 2006), we know what it takes to build a successful and happy team, which is what we are today.

Our culture is very much based on traditional family values, meaning we support each other as individuals, foster mutual respect among colleagues and embrace inclusivity. We also embrace the idea that we should all enjoy our work and have a little bit of fun. A happy team is a productive one, and we all pull together to bring out the best in each other.

We host various social events, work anniversary celebrations and other regular meetings for our Care Professionals. Each year we also commission an independent survey of all employees to help ensure we are supporting our team effectively and we remain an employer of choice.

Each member of our team is valued for their contribution as a key part of our operations, as we need all parts to work together to be successful. There are also real opportunities for people to develop and progress professionally. We provide full training to each new member of our team before they start working with us, and we have an extensive library of courses and resources available for people to learn from and develop new skills.

As our business continues to grow, we are constantly looking for likeminded, kind-hearted, compassionate people to join us as Care Professionals and key players.

Our door is always open and if you’d like to find out about the benefits of working with the UK’s leading home care provider, feel free to give us a call for an informal chat.
