Home Instead Guildford and Woking regard it as a special privilege to look after people with love, care and compassion - and we take our responsibilities seriously.

It’s about quality care, giving our clients their freedom back and making sure they are happy and secure in their own homes. A well-supported team can better support happier clients.

Every one of our clients has a care plan specifically for their own needs. Whether it’s a trip to the park for some fresh air, a visit to the hairdressers, some help around the house or assistance with shopping, right through to medication reminders and post-operative support we are here to help. We also provide a range of specialist services, which include Alzheimer’s and dementia care, or hoisted support for house-bound clients.

What’s more, we take the time to carefully match our CAREGivers to clients so that they share common areas of interest and can form an immediate and rewarding bond. We only employ the most caring, considerate and empathetic CAREGivers – people to whom we’d trust with our own parents. It is for this reason that we regard our clients as friends one’s whom we share laughter and smiles with. Our CAREGivers are also carefully selected, are CRB checked and have to provide four references.

That's the difference between others and Home Instead Senior Care. To us it's personal.

The Guildford and Woking Home Instead Senior Care Office is part of an award-winning network of more 168 locally owned and operated offices.

Guildford and Woking

After a terrible experience with another provider who let me down late on a Friday (when I had to find care for the Monday). I contacted Home Instead who came out on the Saturday and they understood so well my mum's needs. My darling mum had dementia had dementia and needed constant care and Home Instead really understood her needs, they were kind and caring, they ensured it was mainly one person so a relationship was built up, after a few days my mum was calling out for Nikki as much as other family members, to me that showed her mum was happy and trusted Nikki. They came to see her in hospital, in the hospice and came to the funeral. I was so lucky that for those final few days that mum was at home, I had the help of Home Instead. - Daughter of Mrs G, Woking
