Welcome to Home Instead Senior Care Rotherham.
We are David and Karen Coldrick, the husband and wife team, who own and run the Rotherham Home Instead Senior Care office.
Home Instead Senior Care provides affordable non-medical home care services to older people including companionship, home help, personal care and other domiciliary care. Its home care service enables older people to remain independent and avoid residential care homes.
We live in Rotherham and our three girls, who went to local schools, still live in the town now that they are adults. We think a family business with a friendly face and great local knowledge is the best way to organise and deliver high quality care at home and to help create sustainable communities inclusive of all ages.
We have personal experience of the great difficulties faced by older people and their relatives. That includes the practical and emotional impacts of long term disability, Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia, these are things that have directly affected both Karen's and my family.
It is often very hard for older people and family carers to deal with age related issues especially if dementia is involved. In our view companionship, home help and personal care all need to be delivered on a consistent one to one basis by properly trained, genuinely caring and compassionate Caregivers.
Our business is growing and we are always looking to employ and train suitable part-time Caregivers. Home Instead Senior Care Caregivers come from all walks of life across the full range of ages and life experiences, but they are all committed to delivering our quality based one to one approach to care for older people.
