As franchise owners, Mike and Catharine make a perfect team. Since joining the Home Instead family over fifteen years ago, they have worked tirelessly to build their reputation for delivering outstanding care to clients and their families.

Rebecca is a vastly experienced operations manager, with over a decade of experience working within Home Instead. She began her journey as a Care Professional in 2012, and today oversees all aspects of Home Instead Chester's operations.

Nadine is key to our Care Professional recruitment efforts and the main person you will when you've been invited for interview. Nadine brings her interpersonal skills from years' of experience gained in the airline and travel sector to the Home Instead team.

Jake is our full-time training officer for Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South. He brings a wealth of experience to his training role, gained from his time as a Care Professional, where he was a national finalist of Care Professional of the Year in 2024

Colin plays a key role in supporting our Care Operations team in Chester. He is central to supporting the team on a day-to-day basis in addition to implementing a paperless office system and looking after many of our IT needs.

As a scheduler Sasha is a key member of the operations team, working alongside David. She is also a logical problem solver, which is essential to be a successful and effective scheduler.
