Home Instead are the No.1 most recommended home care company
It’s official. Home Instead Senior Care has been voted the NUMBER ONE most recommended home care company in the Top 20 Home Care awards 2018, across England, Scotland and Wales.
The homecare.co.uk awards are based on nearly 10,000 independent reviews. They are from the most important people - our clients, their friends and family, who have wholeheartedly approved of the care services we provide.
Here at Home Instead Yeovil, Sherborne, Bridport we are delighted to make the Top 20 homecare.co.uk awards in the South Somerset/West Dorset region.
Ashley Gray, owner of the South Somerset/West Dorset office said: “There is no better recommendation than from the very people who use our service, each and every day so we are thrilled.
“These are independent reviews which are so important to us; they show that we are indeed achieving our mission to change the face of ageing. But we also realise how much the reviews can help when people are looking for care for a loved one and they can trust that they are genuine, honest reviews.
“I would like to say thank you and congratulations to all our CAREGivers and office team who work so hard to care for our older generation, and who love every minute.”
Here is one of our recent reviews:
We used Home Instead (Yeovil) when my mother (84 years) needed some short-term support, at very short notice. Throughout the period of support, we had two care providers who were superb, liaised between themselves so that there was never confusion over any aspect of the care delivered (which was fantastic). Having the same carers all the time was very important to my mother, who came to view them as friends! And for me, the quality of the carers and their ability to look after my mother compassionately was equally important
One morning, they found my mother unwell, took her, firstly to her GP and then to A&E, where they stayed with her throughout and brought her home, having alerted me to the situation. Truly exceptional care considering I am sure they had 101 other things to be doing. Their focus on the wellbeing of my mother was very reassuring.
Despite all the snow we had in March, they never missed an appointment, even if it meant walking to the house. Fantastic people.
