“ I have never met such a truly caring bunch of people. They really do know their stuff when it comes to Dementia! ’’
Mr D, Raynes Park
Thank you and your team for enabling mum to live in her own home until the last possible moments. I really appreciate your attention to providing meaningful care and safeguarding her dignity even when that resulted in personal inconvenience to you.
Mr J's Daughter, Surbiton
The house has a very nice feel since you have been looking after Dad. He really enjoys his visits from Jacqui. She understands him and that's what it's all about
Mr H's son, New Malden
You have turned his life around. It's like he has been given the chance to live again. Debbie allows my father to live in the past with his Alzheimer's where he seems happiest. All you training is paying off. Well done and thank you Home Instead!
Mrs H's daughter, Wimbledon
It's great to phone Mum and ask her what she's been doing and for her to tell me about her outings and visits. She loves Donna!
Mr R, Worcester Park
I wish all care companies trained their staff like you do. Having a carer who understands Parkinson's disease, really helps. Thank you.
Mrs T's daughter, New Malden
It gave us peace of mind that mum was looked after by Dionne at the wedding. We were thrilled that she could be at my daughter's big day and join in the celebrations.
Mrs P, Wimbledon
Your passion for providing quality care issues from your every pore!
Joan, New Malden
I am so glad I know you are there. With my family so far away, you are my safety net if I am ill again.
Mr N, New Malden
Thank you to all the team for allowing Mum to come home from hospital to die... it was her wish and you made it happen with dignity and respect!
Mrs E, New Malden
Having watched you provide such loving care to my dear friend at the end of her life, I have left strict instructions to my family that they are only allowed to use Home Instead when the time comes for me to need help to live longer at home.
I feel alive again. Going out for a drive with Lizzie means I am no longer a prisoner in my house. Richmond Park has never looked so good to me!
Mrs E, Wimbledon
I am so very grateful to your staff for their patience. My husband is finding life particularly confusing at the moment, but knowing that we will see the same face from Home Instead each visit is so comforting. Dementia is such a terrible condition, I am so glad I have your wonderful team to support us.
I was very moved by Jacqui's offer to take my father out for lunch for his birthday. I feel very lucky to have found such lovely people to care for Dad.
Robin went out for the first time in weeks yesterday and it is Ester that has given him the confidence to go out again. Thank you sooo much.
Mrs M's Daughter, Kingston
This is the first time in a long time that I am going on holiday, not worrying if Mum is going to be ok! I feel like I have gained a sister, knowing that Lizzie is going to be there when I'm not. My father's death has hit my mother so hard, but I really think it is down to the "angel" that Home Instead has sent that is getting her through it!
My Mother is a different person since Gill has been visiting. Since her stroke she has been so low. It's so lovely to see her smile again.
I bet people are queuing out of the door for your services. I am so glad I found you for my Dad. It's just a shame Alzheimer's found him!
I can't wait for my lovely ladies to visit.
People don't do lovely things like this for me. I feel so lucky.
