  • Care Co-ordinator - July 2017

    Care Co-ordinator This role is critical to ensure we provide continuity and consistency to our clients, by providing the highest levels of care.   The Care Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties. They would work as part of a team who are responsible for scheduling visits for Clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.   Matching Clients and Caregivers creating trusting and compatible relationships Organising weekly schedules for Clients and Caregivers Ensuring all Caregivers and Clients are aware of working schedules. Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaising with relevant team members.   • Field Care Supervisor - July 2017

    Field Care Supervisor This role supports our client promise by undertaking quarterly meetings with our clients in their own homes in the form of Quality Assurance checks and Service Reviews to ensure the client is happy with the service that Home Instead provides. The role is also to support our care team who need as much support as our clients do and therefore we also need to check on how they are doing in the form of 1-2-1s and Support Visits. Part of the role will be to organise quarterly meetings/visits with each Caregiver to ensure they are happy with the clients they are caring for, they are happy with their schedule and that they feel supported.   • Evening CAREGivers needed £10 per hour

    We are currently seeking those who are able to work week day evenings that are interested in becoming a CAREGiver for Home Instead. This is a good opportunity for those who wish to gain a few extra hours on top of their regular work. We provide full training before you would start working with your clients.
