Nisha Chandarana - Owner and Managing Director

Nisha qualified as a Dispensing Optician and worked as a General Manager for Vision Express. In her six years at Vision Express, she was involved in the growth of the organization, leading on the set-up and the operation of new stores.

After a career break to focus on her two daughters, Nisha joined Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation as a Consultant, advancing Philanthropy within Leicestershire and Rutland.

Nisha was attracted to Home Instead after experiencing poor care for her own mother and realizing how high quality care can make a real difference to people’s lives and lives of their families.

Bhavesh Chandarana - Co Owner

Bhavesh Chandarana - Co Owner

Bhavesh has a Degree in Business Management and has run a Textiles Business in Leicester for 30 years. He shares the same sentiments about good quality care for seniors as his wife Nisha, whom he has been married to for 27 years. He will be supporting Nisha with his business experience in fulfilling her mission in providing premium quality care in the local area.

Bhavesh enjoys the gym and most sports but is passionate about Golf and Leicester City Football Club.

Diane Jones - Registered Care Manager

Diane Jones - Registered Care Manager

Di has been in the care industry since 2001 and has many years experience working as a Registered Care Manager.

Di joined Home Instead Senior Care, as their ethos and values reflected her own. The care provided was person centered with time to build relationships with elderly clients, with continuity of CAREGivers.

In her spare time, Di enjoys walking the dog and is a season ticket holder at Bristol City Football Club. Di still manages to get to most games, home and away.

Tia Martin - Recruitment and Training Officer

Tia Martin - Recruitment and Training Officer

Tia is currently studying for her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care.

Tia has been the care industry for over 4 years. She worked as a CAREGiver for 2 years and understands the need in providing good quality care that allows seniors to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Her ambitions lead her to becoming a Team Leader, then a Care Co-ordinator and now a Recruiter and Trainer. 

Tia is an avid dog lover and has two dogs – Millie and Oscar. She also enjoys skiing, baking, all outdoor activities and above all spending time with her family.

Megan Grossniklaus - Care Co-ordinator

Megan is a graduate from the University of Birmingham and has worked in the care sector for 2 years.

Megan’s first-hand experience working for a care company which implements 15 minutes’ visits and overwork their employees, opened her eyes to the need for high quality care. Megan strongly believes that the way a company treats their employees is reflected in the way the employees will treat their customers.

Here at Home Instead Senior Care, we go the extra mile for our employees. We provide one-to-one ongoing support for our CAREGivers and always ensure that each CAREGiver feels part of the Home Instead family.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys being active such as skiing, jogging and spending time with her friends but most of all Megan dedicates her time to promoting the welfare and wellbeing of others.

Ashish Raja - Accounts and Office Support

Ashish Raja - Accounts and Office Support

Ashish is our in-house accountant and office support. He ensures that we have a smooth and efficient running of the office and also takes care of our finances.

Ashish enjoys all racquet sports, gyming and watching movies with his family.
