Being a CAREGiver
We are looking for Cheerful, Mature, Caring individuals to deliver Personal Care, Companionship, Home Help and related care for older people in their own homes.
We provide our services in the Waltham Forest and Redbridge areas and you can expect to be visiting clients local to you, for at least one hour. We are looking for people who can work early mornings, Lunchtimes and evenings. You will need to be flexible and available during some or all of these busy times. Our view is that empathy is more important than professional experience and we offer full Care & Dementia Training (accredited by City & Guild) to the right applicants.
We welcome applicants of all ages. Offer part time hours, a competitive rate of pay and the ability to make a real difference to our clients’ lives. Your own transport is desirable but not essential. Through our training and support you can build on your caring and compassionate personality and develop your skills to become a truly extraordinary caregiver.
Home Instead Senior Care has been helping older people in their own homes since 1994. We have over 900 offices in 16 countries and our service is of extraordinary quality. This is the result of Listening to what people want - Not rushing them. Having the same Caregiver is top of the list. At Home Instead we match our Caregivers with Clients and all visits are an hour or more in duration.
Offers of employment are subject to suitable references and an Enhanced CRB check, (the cost of which to be met by the applicant).
