People Experience Partner
We are looking for a motivated and talented individual who has a passion for enhancing the overall employee experience within Home Instead so we can continue to provide the best possible care to our clients and change the face of ageing. As our People Experience Partner, based at the national office, you will use your skills and innovation to ensure we are the employer of choice by providing best in class guidance to our Franchise Network on retention and engagement.
In this new and varied role, you will work with our Franchise Network and the National Office team reviewing the employee life cycle from start to finish to identify improvements to the experience for CAREGivers and Key Players and positively improve retention across our Network as well as enabling our Franchise Owners to raise the bar of their teams utilising performance management best practice and always looking to continually improve & simplify our operational HR practices where possible. You will also work closely with our Business Performance Team to work on our engagement surveys; reviewing the feedback and identifying opportunities to improve. You will also be responsible for liaising with our external HR providers providing frameworks, toolkits, and best practice for our Franchise Owners.
To be successful, you will ideally be CIPD qualified or have HR generalist experience and have a passion for making a difference to the employee experience. You will have a strong understanding of HR and employee engagement best practices and the ability to influence at all levels. You will have advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of HR systems. You will be proactive and an excellent communicator both verbal & written with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
