Quality Support Manager
Home Instead Senior Care is an award-winning, North West (Warrington) based franchise business, specialising in providing the highest quality care to older people in the comfort of their own homes. We were recently presented with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (Innovation), a remarkable achievement made even more special by the fact we are the only homecare provider to have been awarded such an honour, ever. We are much more than a business, it’s all about people.
We are looking for an experienced and credible health or social care specialist to help drive the quality improvement process.
We need someone who is truly customer focused, passionate about changing the face of ageing through exceptional quality services that embrace technological solutions and innovative models of care designed to enable our clients to live independently at home.
As Home Instead Senior Care continues to grow, supporting franchises to maintain and improve care quality is critical to our success. The Quality Support Manager will hold a portfolio of locations across the UK and provide both a quality audit and quality improvement service to franchise owners.
This is an exciting opportunity to help take our quality support to the next level and to support more than 200 Owners and 9,000 CAREGivers who are making a real difference to clients in their own homes.
As a valued member of the team, we’ll offer you a competitive salary depending on experience and good quality working conditions. You will have access to a pension, private health cover, free gym membership, along with the chance to work for a vibrant organisation committed to progressive, continuous improvement within a thriving team.
If this role sounds like the next challenge you want to get your teeth into, you have the qualities we are looking for and you share our values, we’d love to hear from you.
Home Instead Senior Care are committed to equal opportunities and welcome a broad diversity of talent to apply. Home Instead Senior Care reserves the right to cease any advertising prior to the published closing date for a role that receives a high number of applications.
