Home Instead Cardiff now have an opening for an Accounts Assistant.
You will have experience in a similar role and be keen to join a friendly, fast-paced company that is committed to making life better for our clients, our people and our community.
Hours Full-Time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Experience using one or more financial software packages
Experience with Excel spreadsheets
Inputting data for payroll/invoicing
Controlling Client and Staff expenses
Manage client paymentsCommunication with clients and staff via emails and telephone conversations
Creating a great first impression in person or by phone on our reception desk.
Filing and general admininistration to support the office team.
Using Excel and Word to creat documents.
Use of financial software packages
Using Excel spreadsheets.
Keen eye for detail
Cheerful, friendly personality
Flexible 'can do' attitude
