Being a CAREGiver
We have recently conducted a survey of our staff to understand how they feel about working for Home Instead St Helens. Below are just some comments made on the survey by our CAREGiver’s;
"I feel valued and appreciate for the hard work i do. I call the office regularly for a chat and to update them on clients status and i am always warmly received. They are really understanding and try to do the best for both Clients and CAREGivers"
“Working for Home Instead has allowed me to get out of the house and do something with my day again. Since retiring 3 years ago I have been restless and bored, joining Home instead has given me a purpose”

It's so important to make a positive difference to someone's life
I cannot tell you how much you and the girls have meant to us over the last three years - you made life so much easier for dad and I - I really don't know what we have done without you. You've always been there for me, above and beyond your remit I'm sure. I've made good friends with you all, and the girls really have been like part of the family; you are lucky to have such wonderful staff.
