So what does a being a CAREGiver at Home Instead Instead Involve?
CAREGivers are absolutely key to our aim of delivering the highest standard of care possible.
As a CareGiver, you may visit a number of clients to assist them with their daily routines. This might include activities such as helping them with their meals, reminding and recording of medication, accompanying them on leisurely outings or simply providing companionship and a helping hand. The positive impact our staff have on both clients and their families make a big difference to retaining individual independence.
We offer free training and supervise all of our staff on their first visits until both client and staff member are happy with the routine.
We are very proud to have a priceless team of dedicated, compassionate and reliable caregivers, many of whom go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of our clients. These are people who really care.
