Home Instead Senior Care have more "Outstanding" ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) than any other home care organisation. Here at Home Instead South Lakes we need additional CAREGivers for our growing number of clients.
For us, it's all about who you are, not necessarily what experience you have. Some of our very best CAREGivers have never worked in care before but have come from retail or customer service backgrounds. If you have a caring nature, good people skills, the ability to learn new skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent service, you could be what we're looking for.
We provide award winning training and support, flexible hours of work and a great team spirit. In addition, our staff enjoy competitive rates of pay, paid mileage, paid holiday, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and a staff benefit scheme
Our care is individually tailored to each client and includes a range of companionship, home help, personal care and dementia care as required. Each care visit is at least one hour in duration.
