September 27th is national fitness day! The goal of this is to get as many people as possible active on the same day. You can join in regardless of your fitness level; we want to get as many people involved as we can to take a positive step towards becoming a more active population. This is a great opportunity to become more involved in your community, meet new people and get started in your fitness journey!
