  • I have been on quite the journey with Home Instead progressing from Care Professional, to Senior, to Deputy Care Manager, to Care Manager, most recently I have achieved my registration with CQC and am a now Registered Manager and Head of Operations.

  • It is my job to ensure all Clients have their desired times for visits and are covered by Care Professionals with similar interests. I started at Home Instead in 2020 as a Care Professional. In my spare time, I enjoy football, cooking and being involved in a band.

  • I joined Home Instead in May 2018 as a Care Professional. I progressed on to deliver our Dementia Care training to our Care Professionals who would like more in depth knowledge about dementia. Before progressing to deliver induction training to our new Care Professionals.

  • I started my journey within a nursing home at the age of 18 whilst attending college to obtain my Level 2 & 3 Health and Social Care qualification. I have just completed my last year at Open University to achieve an Honours degree in Health and Social Care.

  • I started as a Care Professional and now work with the care team to ensure we deliver excellent care to our clients. I oversee the day-to-day running of the office but also like to stay connected with our Care Professionals ensuring moral and well-being needs are always met.
