Client and CAREGiver, Satisfaction Survey 2014

Performance Excellence by Advancing Quality or in short PEAQ, is a survey which has been developed for all Home Instead franchises, aimed at gaining feeback from clients and CAREGivers. 

Home Instead Sheffield South regularly monitor performance through quality assurance checks with clients and service users, and through supervisions and appraisals with CAREGivers. The PEAQ survey developed by Smith and Henderson is an independant survey which can look at the bigger picture by collecting feedback from all service users and CAREGivers.  

Our Head of Care, Sarah Oldham commented "Last years survey was a great success and allowed us to guage where we had performed well and also identified areas where we needed to improve; we hope this years survey can give us feedback which shows improvement from last year"

We have encouraged both clients and CAREGivers to fill out the survey, as their feedback can help us to improve on our quality care for the future. We hope to see the results towards the end of July
