About Home Instead East Herts & Uttlesford

The East Herts & Uttlesford office was established in July 2008 by its owner Mark Greatbatch, who has been delivering care services in the area since 1996. Mark first came into contact with Home Instead when he met Managing Director and UK Co-Founder, Trevor Brocklebank, at a United Kingdom Homecare Association Meeting in London in April 2008. In December 2010 Mark Greatbatch handed over the running of the East Herts & Uttlesford office to David Bassett.

We are committed to ensuring that we build a fantastic team to provide the highest quality of care for our future clients and their families, giving peace of mind for all concerned. We can guide you through the difficult decisions that need to be made when looking for care and help you decide if care at home is the route you should take.

The East Herts & Uttlesford office provides high quality at-home care to the local community, and are proud of the results of our recent Care Quality Commission inspection in November 2016, which showed we met all standards.

Please take a moment to read some of the comments from our clients and their families about the difference a Home Instead CAREGiver has made to their lives. These are real comments from real people, whose lives have been enhanced by our service.

Our quality care service is competitive and tailor-made to each individual. Support for older people may include companionship, home help and personal care.

The East Herts & Uttlesford Home Instead Senior Care office is one of over 1000 offices worldwide, with over 150 in the UK.

Thank you so much for the presents you donated to us at Latton Hall Close.  It was a lovely suprise the presents were so neatly wrapped. Also the couple delivering them were very warm and friendly. My Neighbour andIi are saving them to open on Christmas Morning. We have a few waiting for leg and hip operations which is often depressing. However an unexpected surprise is something to cheer you up. Thanking you again Mrs D Be A Santa to a Senior 2013
