My husband was a very independent man now reaching the end stage of a difficult illness. He wished to die at home and to make this happen we needed support. Home Instead developed an excellent relationship with him enabling him to accept personal care and look forward to their visits. The carers were always respectful and very competent but also provided some fun and laughter in a difficult time. They did exactly as I asked in making me aware when they noticed something that needed a doctors advice. When I needed to increase the care visits and do this urgently so my husband could come home from hospital the management made this happen. Management and carers were supportive to me and continued their sensitive care until my husband died.Jacky L
