Being a CAREGiver
If you have time to spare and would really like to make a difference to someone in your local community, then why not give us a call? We are offering flexible hours (with some weekend and evenings) and we are happy for people to apply with availability from around fifteen hours to about thirty hours per week. In addition, as all of our clients are living in their own homes, you will need to have a means of transport to be able to visit them.
Our staff turnover is very low because we care about our team members as well as we care for our clients. Being a member of our team brings additional benefits as well as the job satisfaction and pay. We can explain more about this when you apply.
We like to make the process of joining our team as straightforward as possible and so normally we would invite you in for an informal chat but can also send the paperwork to you by email. This gives you the chance to see what we are like and it gives you the chance to ask any questions. If it looks like it is going to work for both of us, then you can complete the paperwork knowing that your application will be considered seriously.
As well as the usual DBS checks and references, we do apply one other rule and that is, "Would I let this person look after my own Mum or Dad?" All of our staff have to pass this test before we would consider them for employment with us.
Anyway, we are absolutely confident that you will enjoy working as part of our team, because some staff already tell us that working for Home Instead Senior. So, if this sounds like it could be for you, then pick up the phone and give us a call or alternatively find the Employment Enquiry page on our website and fill in your details. We will be in touch soon afterwards.

I contacted Home Instead when I could no longer look after my wife (with Alzheimer's) on my own. They were never late, I always had the same carer and they were such a pleasure to have in my home. I would have no hesitation recommending this company and their very pleasant staff.Mr Godfrey - Eastcote
