About Home Instead Rugby

Hi my name is Sarah and I would like to welcome you to Home Instead Senior Care Rugby. After the last two years working for Home Instead Senior Care Market Harborough,  I feel especially privileged to be able to offer a quality service in Rugby that will make a real difference to older people’s lives by allowing them to remain independent and continue to live in their own homes for as long as possible.

My first experience of working in the care sector caused me to make a vow to myself that I would never work in the sector again, the constant rushing and poor quality still upsets me to this day. But then I found Home Instead Senior Care.   The pure difference is that we are truly passionate about delivering quality care to all of our service users.  The fact that we offer choice over the services needed makes all the difference.  We will work with you and your family members to create a bespoke service to greatly improve the lives of all concerned. This could simply be one hour a week to go out for coffee and a chat or to do some shopping right through to full time specialist non-medical care at home.  Home Instead Senior Care is recognized for the City and Guilds Alzheimer’s and dementia training that we offer to all of our CAREGivers.

We can provide a choice of non-medical care which could include: companionship, meal preparation, assisting with home tasks, shopping or paying bills, medication reminders or making appointments, trips or visits, continuation of hobbies and interests, attending clubs, recording family history or enjoying watching classic films. The list is endless.

When Personal Care is required, then our CAREGivers can offer support in all aspects of an individuals’ personal needs – from short term support when returning home from hospital stays to caring for long term conditions with more complex and specialised needs.

We try our very best to send the same CAREGivers to our service users so that a relationship built on trust, respect and dignity is formed.   All of our CAREGivers are chosen carefully, employed by ourselves and provide six references. They all undertake a full criminal record bureau check before employment. Our CAREGivers are extensively trained, fully insured, matched to your preferences, needs and personality; all are professional, reliable and want to make a difference.

Home Instead Senior Care has a mission to change the face of ageing.  I am proud to work towards this mission and it is my promise to you that care will be of the same quality that I would provide to my own family members.

Home Instead clients come to us in many ways. Some people come to us themselves; others are introduced by their children or family members and some are referred to us by Social Services and the NHS. Regardless of how you come to Home Instead, it is our goal to provide the same exceptional level of care.

Nationally, for the last 5 years, we have been rated as the UK’s Number 1 Care Company by Laing & Buisson (UK Care provider specialist researchers) and we are also rated as the best elderly care provider by the Care Quality Commission when it comes to meeting the criteria they expect for all home care providers. You can’t get any better than that!

Locally we have acheived the top ten homecare.co.uk award in 2016 and we were rated as CQC Outstanding for 2016.    We are the only home care company in Rugby and Lutterworth with an outstanding rating and we are very proud of our achievements.

Whether you are interested in discussing your specific care at home needs or would just like some advice, please give us a call on 01455 247 100. We will be pleased to visit you at home to talk through how we can help or alternatively you are more than welcome to pay us a visit at our Lutterworth office for a cup of tea and a chat.

I was so impressed by the attention to the details of my fathers life. The managing director even took a photo of the way he likes his dishwasher to be loaded. Each staff member bent down to speak to him at his level in the chair. As I live so far away and am only able to visit twice a year, it is very comforting to know that my father would be cared for the way I do when I am with him.
