30 New Jobs to be created by Award-Winning Home Care service.

Our CAREGivers

The Redbridge and Waltham Forest branch of Home Instead Senior Care is planning to create 30 new local jobs over the next twelve months.

Our local office is part of national award-winning home care company Home Instead Senior Care which provides a range of care services from simple tasks such as shopping to more complex requirements such as post-discharge care.

Ben Barraco, Managing Director, explains:

"There are many differences to the way in which Home Instead operate, and for me, matching the CAREGiver to the client is one of the many things that sets us apart - we look for common areas of interest or life experience so that there is an immediate connection with our clients. It’s about making a difference to someone’s life. Also all our care visits are of a minimum duration of 1 hour ensuring our clients receive the best quality care whilst also providing our CAREGivers with high levels of job satisfaction.”

Ben has been joined by local Recruitment & Training Officer – Marie Williamson, who has many years of experience in both the public and the private sector. They are keen to recruit local people who are compassionate and reliable, and who are interested in working with elderly people. Candidates don’t need to have experience in the care sector as they will receive excellent training, but they may well have experience looking after a relative or friend.

Home Instead are rapidly building a reputation as one of the UK’s leading care companies. Their service is tailored to the needs of individual clients and ranges from companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, post-discharge care, personal care, medication reminders, shopping and errands. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We welcome applicants from the Waltham Forest and Redbridge areas, for more information on joining the team, call Marie on 0203 174 3240 or please apply online at www.homeinstead.co.uk
